Rome’s summer 2026 is enriched with Summertime, the music festival that from June 13 to August 7 brings over 40 concerts to Casa del Jazz and Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone. Two months of live music featuring protagonists of the Italian and international jazz scene.
The Miles Davis centenary

This year Summertime celebrates the centenary of Miles Davis’s birth, the legendary trumpeter and composer who revolutionized jazz. The festival dedicates special programming to the master, with concerts that trace his extraordinary artistic career.
Two prestigious venues
The evenings take place in two of the capital’s most fascinating locations: Casa del Jazz, nestled in the greenery of Villa Osio, and the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone, an architectural jewel designed by Renzo Piano. Both venues offer exceptional acoustics and a unique atmosphere for enjoying concerts under the Roman stars.
A program for all tastes
The festival offers a varied program ranging from classic jazz to contemporary contaminations, embracing different musical genres. With over 40 concerts spread across two months, Summertime provides many opportunities to experience unforgettable evenings of great music in the open air.
