For the 4th Advent, we made a Christmas walk in Rome. Our route went from the Colle Oppio, past the Coliseum to Piazza Venezia and from there through winding alleys past the Pantheon to Piazza Navona and further to St. Peter’s Square.
On the way back we visited Campo de’ Fiori and Piazza Farnese, crossed the ghetto and went back across the Via dei Fori Imperiali to the Coliseum.
The total distance is approximately 5 miles. We show you a winter sunset at the Coliseum, Christmas decorations, shop windows and impressions from Rome.
